Yeah I know it is wrong but a friend made it for me and I don't have the right program to make animations or to make the scissors so that they move so..sorry I cant exactly fix it.

your av confuses me. it doesnt move correctly. cos scissors are like two knives. so the handle on the left wouldnt make the blade on the left move, it would make the blade on the right move because its the same piece.
